Generating Appraisal Exception Report

Select the “Appraisal Exception Report” link under the “Performance
Management Reports” business component.
The “Appraisal Exception” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following:

Reporting Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the reporting unit for which you require to generate the report. |
To specify report criteria
Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:

Employment Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the employment unit for which you require to generate the report. |
|
Appraisal Type |
From the drop-down list box, select the appraisal type for which you require to generate the report. |

Appraisal Calendar Code |
The appraisal calendar code for which you require to retrieve the appraisal exception report. |

Department Code |
The unique code of the department to which the employee belongs. |

Department Description |
To view the consolidated appraisal details for all employees whose department description contains specific characters, enter one or more characters of the department description. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |

The employee code from which you require to retrieve the appraisal exception report. |

Employee To |
The employee code until which you require to retrieve the appraisal expection report. |

Exception Reason |
The reason for the appraisal exception. |
To specify the display criteria
Enter the following in the “Display Criteria” group box:

Employee Name Display Format |
From the drop-down list box, select the display format for the employee’s name in the report. |

Date Display Format |
From the drop down list box, select the required type of date format for display in the report.

To generate the appraisal exception report
Select the “Appraisal Exception Report” pushbutton to generate
the consolidated appraisal report.
