Group Performance Analysis

Through this activity, you can view performance or potential analysis of selected talent pool or group. Based on appraisal and performance period, the system displays the document status with the appraisal stages.

Click “View Talent Pool Performance & Development Activities” link in the “Talent Pool Analysis” screen.

The system displays the following details in the “My Group” section.

Number of employees in this group

The number of employees available in this group.

Enter the following details in the “Appraisal Type & Period” section.

Appraisal Type	From the drop-down list box, select the appraisal type of the group. The system lists “Annual Appraisal”, “Confirmation Appraisal” and “Half-Yearly Appraisal” as options.
Performance	From the drop-down list box, select the performance period of the group.

Click “Show” pushbutton to view the group performance details.

The system displays the document status with the appraisal stages.

Tab: Performance

Select the performance details from the drop-down list box to view the performers.

Based on selection, the system displays the following details in the multiline.

Photo	The photo of the employee.
Employee Details	The details of the employee.
Previous Rating	The previous performance rating of the employee.
Current Rating	The current performance rating of the employee.

The system displays the performance and talent details of the talent group.

Tab: Potential

The system displays the 9 box performance rating.

Based on selection, the system displays the following details in the multiline.

Photo	The photo of the employee.
Employee Details	The details of the employee.
Performance Rating	The performance rating of the employee.
