View Position Hierarchy

This activity allows you to view the details of a position hierarchy. Position Hierarchy refers to the “Reporting to” relationship between the various positions in an organization. You can define the top position and the sub positions in a top to bottom
Select the “View Position Hierarchy” activity under the “Position Hierarchy” business component.
The “View Position Hierarchy” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date Format |
The date format that the login user has already specified in the Enterprise Modeller component. |
Enter the following field details to view a Position Hierarchy:

Organization Structure Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the organization structure unit for which the position hierarchy details are to be viewed. |

Language |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the language in which the position hierarchy details are to be viewed. |
|
Hierarchy Code |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the hierarchy code for which the position hierarchy details are to be viewed. |
|
As on Date |
The date until which the position hierarchy details are to be viewed. |
The system displays the following:

Comments |
Any comments recorded with respect to the hierarchy code. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the position hierarchy details in a tree format.
The system depicts the position hierarchy details in a pictorial format.
