The system displays the following details.
Government |
The short description of the organization unit where the “Employee Code Setup Unit” component is deployed. |
Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Employee |
The name and unique code of the employee. The system displays the value selected in the “Select Employee” page. |
Employee Type |
The type of the employee’s job. The employee type indicates whether the selected employee is a regular employee or has been hired on contract for a limited period or is a consultant etc. |

Disability |
The name of the disability, for example, eye injury, knee dislocation, head injury etc. |
Disability From |
The date from which the employee is affected with the stated disability. |
Disability To |
The date till which the employee is affected with the stated disability. |
Extent |
The extent to which the employee is affected with the stated disability. The system displays the recorded value such as, “Complete” or “Partial”. |
Temporary |
The nature of the disability, whether temporariy or permanent. The system displays the recorded value such as, “Yes” or “No”. “Yes” indicates the disability is only temporary, “No” indicates it is of a permanent nature. |
Assessed |
Indicates whether the disability has been medically assessed or otherwise. The system displays the recorded value, either “Yes” or “No”. “Yes” indicates the disability has been assessed medically, “No” indicates otherwise. |
Concessions |
The concessions that can be granted to an employee based on the details specified for the corresponding disability. For example, an employee with a minor injury to the hand might temporarily be exempted from work that involves the use of his injured hand. The system displays the concessions recorded for the corresponding disability. |
