Recording finger impressions of employee

Ensure that you are in the “Record Identification Information” page.
Select “Finger impressions of employee” link at the bottom of the page.
The “Finger impressions of employee” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Employee |
The system displays name and unique code of the employee selected in the “Select Employee” page. |
To record the finger impression of employee
Enter the following:

Right Hand Thumb Finger |
To record the right hand thumb finger impression of an employee, click the “Browse” pushbutton. The “Choose File “ dialog box appears. Select the image file that contains the right hand thumb finger impression of an employee. |

Left Hand Thumb Finger |
To record the left hand thumb finger impression of an employee, click the “Browse” pushbutton. The “Choose File “ dialog box appears. Select the image file that contains the left hand thumb finger impression of an employee. |

Right Hand Index Finger |
To record the right hand index finger impression of an employee, click the “Browse” pushbutton. The “Choose File “ dialog box appears. Select the image file that contains the right hand index finger impression of an employee. |
