Enter the complete code of the employee in the “Employee Code” field.
Select the “View Status on Completeness of Personal Information” hyperlink beside the employee code field.
The system displays the “View Status on Completeness of Personal Information” page.
Use the search facility to fetch the required record in the multiline.
Select the hyperlink on the name of the required employee.
The system displays the “View Status on Completeness of Personal Information” page.

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Employee Code Setup Unit

The organization unit in which employee code parameters are defined for the login organization unit. |
Employee Code |
The unique employee code and name of the employee. The system displays the value selected in the “Select Employee” page. |
Employee Type |
The type of the employee’s job. The employee type indicates whether the selected employee is a regular employee or has been hired on contract for a limited period or is a consultant. |
The system displays the completion status of each personal information area in the multiline in the page. Also, the level of importance assigned to a personal information area is also displayed. It indicates whether the complete information on a personal information area is essential or only desirable. You can record, modify or view the details in any of the listed personal information areas. For example,

The system displays the “Record Work Experience Information” page which you can use to record, modify or view the work experience details.

Request Area |
The name of the specific request area such as, Identification Information, Contact Information and Reference Information. When you select the hyperlink on the name of the required personal information area, the system displays the corresponding page which you can use to record, modify or view the details. |
Status |
The status of the completeness of the corresponding personal information area such as, “Complete” or “Incomplete”. “Complete” indicates the complete details with regard to the corresponding personal information area have been entered. “Incomplete” indicates the details entered with regard to the corresponding personal information area are incomplete. |
