The “Record employee license information page” appears 

The system displays the following: 

Date Format

The date that is applicable to the login user.

HR Set up unit

The HR setup unit applicable to the login employment unit.

Employee

The unique employee code and name of the employee. The system displays the value selected in the “Select Employee” page.

Employee Type

The type to which the employee belongs.

Date of joining

The date on which the employee joined the organization

SSN#

The social security number of the employee.

License #

The license number of the employee.

License Description

The description of the license

License Category

The category to which the license belongs. Select the required value from the drop-down list box.

Date of Issue

The date on which the license is issued to the employee

Issuing Authority

The issuing authority of the license. Select the required value from the drop-down list box.

Permanent / Temporary

Specify whether the license is issued on a permanent or temporary basis. Select the required value from the drop-down list box.

Valid From

The period from which the license is valid

Valid Till

The period till which the license is valid

Status of License

The status of the license. Select the required value from the drop-down list box.

Revoke / Suspension Date

The date on which the license is revoked or suspended.

Remarks

Any remarks pertaining to the license details of the employee.

Line #

The line number of the work unit. Select the required value from the drop-down list box.

The system displays the following details pertaining to the line number selected above.

License #

The corresponding license number

Issuing authority

The issuing authority of the license to the employee.

Skill Code

A unique code to identify a grade

Help facility available.

License Class

Use the drop-down list box to specify the license class. This is a user-defined field, which can be customized in the Maintain HR Quick Codes activity of the HR Setup component.

Object type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the object. The system lists the options as “Blank”, “Part Group”, “Base Part” and “Aircraft Model”.

Aircraft model #

The unique number pertaining to the aircraft model

Help facility available.

Part Group #

Indicates the data available to classify or group the aircraft parts. This field is mandatory if the object type is selected as “Part Group”.

Base part #

The unique number pertaining to the base part.

Help facility available.

ATA #

The ATA # specific for the employee. In other words, the employee will be allowed to perform procedures on the systems that belong to the ATA number specified here.

Reference #

The reference number pertaining to the skill details.

Remarks

Any remarks pertaining to skill details of the employee.

 

To save the details

 On selecting the “Edit skills for license” pushbutton, the following are displayed in the “Skill details” multiline.

Model/part no. description

The description  of the model or the part number.

Skill description

A short description of the grade.

Skill type

The type to which the skill belongs.

 The following details are displayed in the “Record Statistics” group box.

Last modified by

The name of the person who modified the employee license details.

Last modified date
