Maintaining Document Attachment
Select the “Maintain Document attachment” link from the left pane.
The “Document Attachment” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following.
Employee Code Setup Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the employee code setup unit. |
Employee Code |
The employee code of the employee for whom you require to record the document attachment details. Help Available |
The system displays the following.
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
To record document details
Enter the following.
Document Type |
From the drop-down list box, select the type of document that must be attached. Example,“Resume”, “Disciplinary Warning / Letters’. |
Document ID |
The unique identifier of the document. |
File Name |
The name of the file to be sent as an attachment by the employee. Help Available |
Select the “Save” pushbutton.
Select the checkbox corresponding to the document that you require to view.
Select the “View Files” link at the bottom of the “Document Attachment” page to view the document.
To edit the document attachment details
Enter the Employee Code Setup Unit.
Enter the employee code of the employee for whom you require to view the list of documents that are sent by the employee as an attachment.
Select the “Get” pushbutton.
You can view the documents for which the “Document Type”, “Document ID”, and “File Name” of the document sent by the selected employee are listed in the multiline.
Edit the required details.
Select the “Save” pushbutton.
To view files
Select the checkbox against the file name you require to view.
Select the "View" files link to view the file.
