From the drop-down list box, select the employee code setup unit.

Employee Code

The employee code of the employee for whom you require to record the document attachment details.

Help Available

The system displays the following.

Employee Name

The name of the employee.

To record document details

Document Type

From the drop-down list box, select the type of document that must be attached. Example,“Resume”, “Disciplinary Warning / Letters’.

Document ID

The unique identifier of the document.

File Name

The name of the file to be sent as an attachment by the employee.
