Organization Structure Unit |
The description of the interacting organization structure unit through which the Grade Sets are defined. |
4 A blank multiline appears, containing the following fields: “Grade Set Code”, “Grade Set Short Description”, “Grade Code”, “Grade Short Description” and a “Select” check box.
4 To specify search criteria, enter the following fields.

Grade Set Code |
To view all the grade set codes containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these category codes. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: *1, GS*12, GS*. |

Grade Set Short Description |
To view all the short descriptions of the grade sets containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these grade set descriptions. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: FIRST*GRADE, SECOND*, *GRADE. |

Get Only Grade Set |
Select the check box if you want to view and select the code of the grade set alone. |
4 Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of grade set records satisfying these search criteria.
4 The system displays the following details in the multiline for the grade set – grade records that satisfy the combination of search criteria.

4 Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required grade set and grade details. After selecting the required grade set record from the multi line, select the “OK” pushbutton.
4 The selected grade set code and grade codes are displayed in the “Grade Set” and “Grade” fields, respectively in the previous page.
