Ensure that you are in the “Select Grade Set” page.
Enter the complete code of the grade set in the “Grade Set Code” field.
Select the “View Grade Set” hyperlink beside the grade set code field.
The system displays the “View Grade Set” page.
Use the search facility to fetch the required grade set record in the multiline.
Select the data hyperlink on the required grade set.
The system displays the “View Grade Set” page.
The system displays the following details.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Organization Structure Unit |
The organization unit in which the organization structure component is deployed. |
Grade Set Code |
The unique code of the selected grade set. |
Language |
The language you selected in the previous page is displayed. From the “Language” drop-down list box, you can select any other language, to retrieve the record in the selected language. |
The system displays the grade set record in the selected language.
You can use the “Access Data History” group box to view the effective dates of the previous versions of the grade set record.
Effective From |
The date from which the corresponding version of the grade set record is effective. |
Effective To |
The date till which the corresponding version of the grade set record is effective. |
Select the “Previous” pushbutton to view the effective dates of the previous version of the record.
Select the “Next” pushbutton to view the effective dates of the next version of the record.
You can view any the following grade set details.
Grade Set Short Description |
The short description of the grade set. Example: ‘Managers’, ‘Trainees’. |
Grade Set Long Description |
A more elaborate description of the grade set. For example, if the short description specified is ‘Managers’, the long description can be ‘All managers with more than five years of experience’ |
Inactive |
Indicates whether the grade set has been activated and is available for use in other activities or otherwise. |

“Yes” indicates that the grade set is inactive and is not available for use. |
|
“No” indicates that the grade set is active and available for use. |
