Select “Manpower Planning” from the left pane.
The “Select Manpower Plan” page appears.
The system displays the following

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following
|
Planning Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the planning unit. |
To select through Search Criteria
In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Planning Calendar |
From the drop-down list box, select the planning calendar. |
|
Planning Period |
The values in this field get loaded on selecting the planning calendar. From the drop-down list box, select the planning period. |

Plan Code |
To retrieve the manpower plan records whose plan code contains specific characters, type in the character(s) of the plan code in any combination with wild cards. Example,Pla1*, will search for those plan codes that start with Pla1. Other examples are *Pla and P*a*. |

Plan Description |
To retrieve the manpower plan records whose plan description contains specific characters, type in the character(s) of the plan description in any combination with wild cards. Example, Desc*, will search for those plan description that start with Desc. Other examples are *Desc and D*s*. |

Plan Status |
From the drop-down list box, select any one of the following plan statuses to retrieve the manpower planning records of a specific status. § Draft § Pending for Authorization § Authorized § Rejected |
The system displays the following in the “Search Criteria” group box on selecting the “Planning Period”.

Period From |
The start date of the period. |

Period To |
The end date of the period. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following in the multiline satisfying your search criteria.

Planning Calendar |
The planning calendar for the manpower plan. |
|
Planning Period |
The planning period for the manpower plan. |
The following fields will be displayed only for an existing manpower plan

Plan Code |
The unique code for the manpower plan. |

Plan Description |
The description of the manpower plan. |
