Getting help on planning calendar

Select the help icon from the “Planning Calendar Code” field.
The “Help on Planning Calendar” page appears.
The system displays the following from the previous page

Planning Unit |
The organization unit for which the manpower planning calendar will be applicable. |

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box

Planning Calendar Code |
To view all calendar codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these calendar codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |

Planning Calendar Description |
To view all planning calendar descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these calendar long descriptions. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |
|
Calendar Period From |
The start date of the calendar period for the manpower planning in the format “YYYY/MM/DD”. |
|
Calendar Period To |
The end date of the calendar period for the planning in the format “YYYY/MM/DD”. |
|
Period Frequency |
From the drop-down list box, select the period frequency. It can be any one of the following
|

Status |
From the drop-down list box, select the status as “Open” or “Closed”. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The multiline displays the following details of the records that satisfy your search criteria

Planning Calendar Code |
A unique code to identify the manpower planning calendar. |
|
Planning Calendar Description |
A description of the manpower planning calendar. |
|
Calendar Period From |
The date from which the manpower planning calendar starts. |
|
Calendar Period To |
The date on which the manpower planning calendar ends. |
|
Period Frequency |
The period frequency may be “Monthly” or “Bi-weekly” or ”Weekly” or “Yearly”. |

Status |
The status may be “Open “ or “Closed”. |
In the multiline, check the “Select” box contained in the calendar code record that you want to select.
Select the “OK” pushbutton.
The previous page reappears.
The manpower planning calendar code you selected is displayed in the page.
