The “View Leave Application” page appears.

The system displays the following.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Employee

The employee code displayed  in the previous page.

To select through search criteria

Leave Type

From the drop-down list box, select the type of leave for which you require to view the employee’s leave application status.

For example, if you select privilege leave, the system will retrieve the application status of each privilege leave that the employee availed.

Application No.

To view all leave applications whose application numbers contain a certain set of characters, type in these characters in combination with wild cards.

From Date

The date from which the employees’ leave occurs

Using the example above, if you enter Jan 1 2004 until June 30 2004, the system will retrieve the application status of each privilege leave that the employee availed during this date range.

To Date

The date until which the employees’ leave occurs

The system displays the following details in the multiline, for each leave application under the selected leave type

Application No.

The number of the leave application

Leave Type

The type of leave you had selected in the “Leave Type” field in the “Search Criteria” group box.

Application Status

The status of the leave application. The status of application can be: "Draft", "Pending for Authorization - Create“, "Pending for Authorization - Alter“, "Pending for Authorization - Cancel“, "Authorized”, “Cancelled” or “Rejected”.

Pending With

The employee codes of the employee who can authorize the leave application.

Rejection Reason

The reason for rejection is displayed if the application status is "Rejected".

Requested Leave Units

The total number of leave units for which leave was requested.

Units

The leave units in days or hours.

Authorized Units

The authorized leave units in days or hours.

From Date

The start date of the leave.

From Time

The start time of the leave.

From Session

The session from which the leave started. 

For example, the sessions that are applicable to the organization can be “morning“, “evening“ or “night“. 

To Date

The end date of the leave.

To Time

The end time of the leave.

To Session

The session at which the leave ended.

Requested Date

The date on which the leave was requested.
