Ensure that you have selected the required leave application, in the “Authorize Leave Applications” or “Authorize Individual Leave Application” page.
Select the “View Altered Leave Application” hyperlink.
The “View Altered Leave Application” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Employment Unit |
The organization unit interacting with the Leave Administration unit. |
Employee |
The unique code and name of the employee. |
Application No. |
The leave application number. |
Application Status |
The status of the leave application. The system displays any one of the following as the status of the leave application: “Authorized”, “Pending Authorization” and “Rejected”. |
Leave Type |
The type of leave that the employee has applied for. |
The system displays the following request details. |

Request Date |
The date on which the request for the leave has been made. The request format will be user defined only. |
Leave From |
The date from which the employee has applied for leave. |
Leave To |
The date till which the employee has applied for leave. |
The system displays the following if the leave is time based. |

From Time |
The time from which the employee is going on leave. |
To Time |
The time till which the employee will be on leave. |
The system displays the following if the leave is session based. |

From Session
|
The session from which the employee is going on leave. For example, the session can be morning, evening or night that is applicable to the organization. The session depends on the shifts that have been scheduled for the employee who is going on leave. |
To Session
|
The session till which the employee will be on leave. |
The system displays the following. |

Requested Leave Units |
The total units that have been requested for leave. |
Expected Date of Return |
The date on which the employee is expected to be back from leave. If the “expected date of return” has not been specified, the system automatically generates the expected date of return from the “leave from” and “to date” that has been specified. |
Leave Reason |
The reason for availing leave. |
Other Reason |
The other reasons for availing leave. |
Supporting Documents Provided |

Reason for Alteration/Cancellation |
The reason for alteration or cancellation. |
Covering Employee |
The name of the covering employee who will take over the responsibilities of the employee who has applied for leave. |
