How to use the web page

Using online help

The “View Leave Adjustment History " page appears.

The system displays the following field.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Leave Processing Unit

The organization unit where the “Employee Leave Setup” component is deployed.

Tell me more.

Employee Code

The employee code of the employee whose leave adjustment history is to be viewed.

Help Available

Note: The Employee Code of the employee for whom the ‘View’ icon is clicked is populated in the ‘Employee Code’ field.

Leave Type

From the drop-down list box, select the type of leave for which the employee’s leave adjustment history must be viewed.

Leave Function

From the drop-down list box, select the function of leave for which the adjustment history must be viewed.

For example, the leave function can be “Availment”, which refers to the leave units already availed by the employee.

Leave Units

The unit of leave in hours or days.

The following fields are displayed in the multiline for the records that satisfy your search criteria.

Start Date

The start date of the leave calendar during which the adjustment was carried out.

End Date

The end date of this leave calendar.

Adjustment Date

The date on which the adjustment for the leave type was carried out, through the “Adjust Leave” activity

Previous Balance Units

The number of leave units of the leave type available in the employee’s leave balance, before the adjustment.

Adjusted Balance Units

The number of leave units of the leave type available in the employee’s leave balance, after the adjustment.

Variance

The difference in the leave balance units, after the adjustment.

Remarks

Any remark pertaining to the adjustment.
