Aborting and resetting the leave carry over processing
Select the “View / Abort Leave Carry Over Process – Calendar-Based” option from the left pane.
The “View / Abort Leave Carry Over Process– Calendar-Based” page appears.
Enter the following
Leave Processing Unit |
From the “Leave Processing Unit” drop-down list box, select the organization unit for which you require the leave carry over processing to be aborted / reset. Tell me more. |
Leave Calendar Code |
Enter the code of leave calendar whose processing must be aborted / reset.. Help available. |
Session ID |
Enter the code of the session ID that was generated for the selected leave types under the leave calendar, in the “Process Leave Carry Over-Calendar-Based” page Help available. |
Select the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The multiline displays the following.
Leave Type |
The code of each leave type mapped to the leave calendar, in the “Process Leave Carry Over-Calendar-Based” page |
Process Status |
Indicates the status of processing of carry over for the leave type. It can be “Initiated”, “In-Progress”, “Processed”, “Abort” or “Reset”. You can select any leave type whose status is “Initiated” or “In-progress”. |
Select the “Abort” pushbutton to abort the leave carry over processing, or the “Reset” pushbutton to reset an aborted processing.
The “Process Status” field is updated to “Abort” or “Reset”.
