Viewing the encashment units for grade – levels

Ensure that you have retrieved a leave type for which the “Encashment” drop-down list box is set to “Grade -Level”, in the “View Leave Type” page.
Select the “View Encashment Units for Grade – Level" link, in the “View Leave Type” page.
The “View Leave Encashment Units for Grade -Level” page appears. The system displays the following fields from the “View Leave Type” page.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Leave Definition Unit |
The name of the leave definition unit to which the leave type will be applicable |
Leave Type |
The unique code of the type of leave. |

Grade Code |
The code that identifies the specific grade for which you have defined encashment units. |
Grade Description |
The description of the grade . |
Level Code |
The code that identifies the specific level for which you have defined encashment units |
Level Description |
The description of the level. |
Service Month From |
The number of months of service from which the leave encashment units are applicable to the employees under the specific grade -level combination. For example, if the encashment units are applicable for employees whose service ranges from 12 months until 16 months, this field displays “12”. |
Service Month To |
The number of months of service until which the leave encashment units are applicable to the employees under the specific grade -level combination. For example, if the encashment units are applicable for employees whose service ranges from 12 months until 16 months, this field displays “16”. |
Maximum Carry Over Units |
The maximum number of leave units that the employees under the specific grade -level combination can encash. |
