Getting help on selecting a session ID

Select the help icon beside the “Session ID” field.
The “Help on Session ID” page appears.
The following fields from the previous page are displayed.

Session ID For |
The parent process for which you request help on selecting a session ID. For instance, if you selected the help icon from the "Set Loan/Advance Process Status" page, the system displays the name of the process "Loan/Advance Process Status". |
|
Date |
The date applicable to the login user. |
|
Loan Processing Unit |
The loan processing unit for which you request help on selecting a session ID. |
|
Payroll |
The payroll associated with the loans/advances. |
|
Payset |
The payset associated with the loans/advances. |
|
Till Date |
The cut-off date for processing the loan/advance applications. |
To select through Search Criteria
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the session id. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
To specify the search criteria, you must enter one or more characters that the session id contain. You can also specify the log in user role, all- user role to narrow the search criteria. Search based on wild card characters is also supported.
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Session ID From |
The session ID that starts the range of session IDs to be viewed. |
|
Session ID To |
The session ID that ends the range of session IDs to be viewed. |
|
Last "n" Session IDs |
Enter the number of the most recently generated session IDs to be viewed. For instance, if you enter 5, the system will retrieve the 5 most recently generated session IDs. |

Latest Date |
Enter the processing date from which you wish to view session IDs. For instance, if you enter 20/8/2002, the system retrieves all session IDs initiated from this date onwards. |

Login User - Role |
Check this box, if you wish to retrieve the session IDs initiated by the current login user - role combination only. |
|
All User - Role |
Check this box, if you wish to retrieve the session IDs initiated by all the login user - role combinations. |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system
will fetch the records that satisfy this value.
If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch
the records satisfying all the specified values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select
the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are
applicable to the selected department.
The system displays the following details of all the session IDs that satisfy the search criteria specified.

Session ID |
The number of each session ID. |
|
User Name |
The name of the user who initiated the session ID. |
|
Role |
The role of the user who initiated the session ID. |
|
Process Date |
The date on which the process was initiated. |
|
Process Time |
The time at which the process was initiated. |
From the multiline, select a session ID record by checking the box contained in the record.
Select the “OK” pushbutton at the bottom of the page.
The session ID you selected appears in the “Session ID” field of the previous page.
