Select “View parameters for download” from the “View Interface” screen.
The “View parameters for download” page appears. The system displays the following:

Date format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
|
Interface Definition Unit |
The organization unit where the data transfer setup component is deployed. |
|
Interface Group Description |
The interface group description. |
|
Interface Type |
The interface type displayed is either “upload” or “download”, as interfaces are grouped mainly by two interface types: upload or download. |
|
Interface Code |
The unique code of the interface. |
|
Interface Description |
The description of the interface. |
To enter the user permissions
Select or enter the user permissions in the multilne
|
User Name |
Enter the name of the login user. |
|
Role |
Enter the role of the login user. Examples: administrator, hrrole etc. |
|
From Date |
Enter the date from which he has permissions to upload data. |
|
To Date |
Enter the date until which he has permissions to upload data. |
This screen is used to view the user permissions. You can view the users who are authorized to update data during upload and the time frame in which they are authorized to do this.
