Specifying user permissions

Select “Specify parameters for download” from the “Define Interface” screen.
The “Specify Parameters For Download” page appears. The system displays the following:

Date format |
The date format applicable to the login user. Tell me more |

Interface Definition Unit |
The organization unit where the Data Transfer Setup component is deployed. |

Interface Group Description |
The interface group description. |
|
|
The “Interface Type“ displays either “upload” or “download”, depending on whether the interface group type is Upload or Download. |

Interface Code |
The unique code of the interface. |
|
Interface Description |
The description of the interface. |
Select or enter the user permissions in the multiline.
|
User Name |
Enter the name of the login user. |
|
Role |
Enter the role of the login user. Examples: Administrator, HRrole etc. |
|
From Date |
Enter the date from which the user has permissions to upload data. |
|
To Date |
Enter the date until which the user has permissions to upload data. |
This page is used to specify user permissions for uploading and downloading data.
You can specify each user-role combination that will be authorized, and the time frame for which the authorization is applicable.
Use this page to define user permissions for upload and download of data.
