Recording other income details

Select “Form 12 C (Other Income)” hyperlink in the “Employee Tax Declarations” page.
The “Form 12C” page appears. The system displays the following.
Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which you are mapped. |
Date format |
The date format as applicable to the login user |
Employee Code |
The unique code identifying an employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
To record other income details
In the “Other Income Details” multiline, enter the following details.
Source of Income |
From the drop-down list box select the income head from which it is earned. It lists all the income types that are defined in accordance with Income Tax Act as recorded in “Edit Quick Codes” activity of HR General Information component. |
Amount Declared |
The amount declared by the employee for a selected income type. |
Remarks |
Notes, comments if any. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
