Through this activity, you can generate the form 16 with 12BA report of the employee for the selected tax year.
Select the “Form 16” activity from the left pane.
The “Form 16 With 12BA” page appears.
Select the following in the header:

Tax Year |
The tax year for which the report is generated. |
The system displays the following:

Employee Code |
The code identifying the employee. |
|
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
|
PAN Number |
The permanent account number of the employee. |
Click the “View Report” pushbutton to view the form 16 with 12BA report details.
The system displays the report details.
