Help on Basis

Select the "Help” icon beside the “Basis” field.
The "Help on Basis” page appears.
The system displays the following fields.

Basis |
The option selected in the “Authorized Signatory Details Basis” field. |
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Code |
To view the codes under “Basis”, which contain specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the codes. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, If you type in Fi*, the system will display all the values that start with “Fi”. Other examples are *Fi and F*e |

Description |
To view the code descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the code descriptions. |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value. If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values. If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the available records
The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the records that satisfy the search criteria specified.

Each code under “Basis”, that satisfies your search criteria |

Description |
The description of the code. |
From the multiline, select a code by checking the “Select” box contained in the code record.
Select the “OK” pushbutton at the bottom of the page.
The code you selected appears in the “Code” field of the previous page.
