Authorize Tax Declarations - A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you can authorize/reject/unauthorize a tax declaration of an employee.
After the employee makes tax declarations, it must be authorized. Authorizing a tax declaration indicates that the employee the employee tax declarations are verified and tax is computed accordingly.
By rejecting an employee record, you indicate that the tax declarations made by the employee are not accepted. In such instances, the system computes tax without considering the declarations made by him/her. You are to specify the reasons for rejections.
By unauthorizing, you reverse the authorization status of the employee tax declaration. Unauthorizing is carried out when the tax declaration needs modifications.
Note that you can unauthorize the tax declaration provided it was authorized earlier.
