The “Post Resume” page appears.

Title

From the drop down list box, select the title to address the applicant.

First Name

The first name.

Last Name

The last name.

Date of Birth

The date of birth.

Gender

From the drop down list box, select the gender.

Marital Status

From the drop down list box, select the marital status.

Nationality

From the drop down list box, select the marital status.

Ethnicity

From the drop down list box, select the community to which the applicant belongs.

National Insurance No.

The national insurance number.

House Number

The house number in the address.

Street Name

The name of the street in the address.

City/Town

The city or town in the address

County/State

The county or state in the address

Country

The country in the address.

Post Code

The postal code of the state and/or country.

Telephone

The telephone number at which the applicant can be contacted.

Mobile

The mobile number at which the applicant can be contacted.

Email-ID

The email address.

Identification Type

The type of document that the applicant possesses for identification. For example, driver’s license, passport / visa or work permit.

Document No.

The unique identification number of the document.

Date of Issue

The date on which the document was issued to the applicant.

Valid Till Date

The date till which the document is valid.

Place of Issue

The place where the document was issued.

Qualification

The name/title of the educational qualification. For example, BS or MS.

Specialization

The subject in which the applicant has majored.

Institution

The institution from which the applicant has acquired the qualification.

From Date

The start date of the course.

To Date

The end date of the course.

Grade

The grade in which the applicant has qualified from the institution.

Highest Qualification

The highest qualification that the applicant has earned from the institution.

Remarks

Any comments on the qualification.

Employer

The name of the previous employer of the applicant.

Industry Type

The sector of the industry in which the applicant worked previously. For example, technology, publishing, entertainment or hospitality.

Position

The position that the employee occupied in his/her previous employment.

From

The start date of the previous employment.

To

The end date of the previous employment.

Address

The address of the previous employer.

Salary in GBP

The salary earned by the applicant in his previous employment in British pounds.

Salary Period

The period for which the applicant earned the salary.

Job Responsibilities

The profile of the previous job.

Reason (S) for Leaving

The grounds for exit from the previous employment.

Name

The name of the person, who recommended the applicant.

Organization

The name of the organization in which the reference works.

Position

The position the reference occupies in the organization.

Address

The address at which the reference can be contacted.

Telephone

The telephone number at which the reference can be reached.

E-Mail

The address to which emails pertaining to the applicant can be sent.

Language

From the drop down list box, select the language in which the applicant is proficient.

Proficiency

From the drop down list box, select the level of proficiency that the applicant possesses in the selected language.

Do you have working knowledge of ‘Front of House’ Fidelio system?

From the drop down list box, select:

  • “Yes” to indicate you have knowledge about the software application. You can enter any details or comments in the field beside. Read the instructions under “To record detailed Comments” to enter data.

  • “No” to indicate you have no experience of working with the system. You can enter any details or comments in the field beside. Read the instructions under “To record detailed Comments” to enter data.

Do you have working knowledge of ‘Food and Beverage’ Micro system?

From the drop down list box, select:

  • “Yes” to indicate you have knowledge about the software application. You can enter any details or comments in the field beside. Read the instructions under “To record detailed Comments” to enter data.

  • “No” to indicate you have no experience of working with the system. You can enter any details or comments in the field beside. Read the instructions under “To record detailed Comments” to enter data.

Expected Gross Salary (per month in GBP)

The salary per month in British pounds, that the applicant is expected to earn, if appointed by the organization.

Earliest Date Available, if Appointed

The earliest date on which the applicant, if recruited can join the organization.

From the drop down list box, select:

  • “Yes” to indicate you have worked in the organization previously. You can enter any details or comments in the field beside. Read the instructions under “To record detailed Comments” to enter data.

  • “No” to indicate you have never worked in the organization any time. You can enter any details or comments in the field beside. Read the instructions under “To record detailed Comments” to enter data.

Have you refused work at our company before?

From the drop down list box, select:

  • “Yes” to indicate you were offered a job in the organization but refused to accept the offer. You can enter any details or comments in the field beside. Read the instructions under “To record detailed Comments” to enter data.

  • “No” to indicate the contrary. You can enter any details or comments in the field beside. Read the instructions under “To record detailed Comments” to enter data.

How did you hear of this vacancy?

From the drop down list box, select the means through which the applicant heard of the job opening.

Referred By

The employee who referred the applicant.

Help Available

Action

From the drop down list box, select the action.

Vacancy Unit

The employment unit in which the vacancy exists.

Department

The department in which the vacancy exists and is being filled.

Position

The position that needs to be filled.

Request No.

The identification number of the request for hire.

Grade

The grade associated with the post that is being filled.

Level

The level associated with the post that is being filled.

Requested By

The employee who submitted the request for hire.

Number Required

The number of vacancies currently open for recruitment.

Screening Mode

From the drop down list box, select the mode of screening.

Screening Remarks

Any comments or justification on the action taken by CHR.

The system will display the status of the posted resume in the “Resume Status” field.
