Ensure that you are in the “Help On Employee” page.
The system displays the following field at the top right of the page.
Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. More Details. |
To specify search criteria, enter the following fields.
Employee Code |
To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee codes in any combination with wild cards. Example: ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1 and EC*C1. |
Employee Name |
To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*. |
User Name |
To view all the user names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these user names in any combination with wild cards. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of users satisfying these search criteria.
Employee Code |
The unique code of the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
User Name |
The name of the user. |
Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required record after viewing the details displayed in the corresponding fields.
After selecting the required record from the multiline, select the “OK” pushbutton.
The selected user is displayed in the corresponding column of the multiline in the previous page.
