HR Screening and Talent Banking
Select the “HR Screening and Talent Banking” from the left pane.
The “HR Screening and Talent Banking” page appears.
The date format that is applicable to the login user is displayed in the “Date Format” field.
Select the following detail.

From the drop down list box, select one of the following:

To select a vacancy posting to allocate resumes
Specify the following in the “Search Resumes for Allocation” group box, if you have selected “Resume Allocation” as the “CHR Function”.
Department |
From the drop down list box, select the department in which the vacancies exists, for which you need to allocate resumes. |
Position |
From the drop down list box, select the position for which you need to allocate resumes. |
Vacancy Posting No. |
From the drop down list box, select the identification number of the vacancy posting for which you need to allocate resumes. |
The system displays the following information.
Number Required |
The number of vacant posts as per the selected vacancy posting. |
Posted From |
The start date of the period during which resumes need to be submitted against the vacancy posting in the website. |
Posted To |
The end date of the period during which resumes need to be submitted against the vacancy posting in the website. |
To view attached/reserved resumes
Specify the following under ”Search Resumes Attached/Reserved to a request” group box, if you have selected “View Attached/Reserved Resumes” as the “CHR Function.
Request No. |
From the drop down list box, select the identification number of the hire request to which you want to post/reserve the resumes. |
The system displays the following information pertaining to the selected RFH.
Department |
The department in which the vacant posts exists. |
Vacancy Unit |
The employment unit in which the vacancies exist. |
Position |
The positions those are vacant. |
Number Required |
The number of vacant posts as cited in the selected RFH. |
Allocated |
The number of resumes that the CHR has allocated for posting to vacancies. |
Reserved |
The number of resumes locked for exclusive use of the RFH. |
Evaluation Successful |
The number of applicants chosen for vacancies after succeeding in the interview. |
Selection in Progress |
The number of applicants who are currently undergoing the evaluation process. |
Selection Authorized |
The number of authorized applicants selected for the vacant posts. |
Joined |
The number of authorized applicants who have joined the organization. |
Requester |
The employee who submitted the hire request. |
Required by Date |
The date on or before which the vacant posts must be filled. |
Specify the following in the “Search Resumes From The Talent Bank”, if you have selected “View Resumes from Talent Bank” as the CHR Function.
Department |
From the drop down list box, select the department to which the resumes are talent banked. |
Position |
From the drop down list box, select the position to which the resumes are talent banked. |
Specify the following in the “Resume Search” group box
Applicant Name |
The full name of the applicant. |
Gender |
From the drop down list box, select the gender of the applicant. |
Nationality |
From the drop down list box, select the country of which the applicant is a citizen. |
Highest Qualification |
The highest qualification secured by the applicant till date. |
All New Resumes |
Select the check box to include resumes that are yet to be screened by the CHR in the search. Leave the box unchecked to indicate the contrary. You must have selected “General Resume Search” as the “CHR Function”. |
Note: The “All New Resumes” is not applicable, if you have selected “Resume Allocation” or “View Attached/Reserved Resumes” as the CHR Function.
All Talent Banked Resumes |
Select the check box to include resumes that are talent-banked to the selected department and position in the “Search Resumes from the Talent Bank” in the search. Leave the box unchecked to indicate the contrary. You must have selected “General Resume Search” or “View Resumes from Talent Bank” as the CHR Function. |
Note: The “Talent Banked Resumes is not applicable, if you have selected “Resume Allocation” or “View Attached/Reserved Resumes” as the CHR Function.
Resumes Attached to Selected Requests |
Select the check box to include resumes attached to the selected hire request in the “Search Resumes Attached/Reserved to a Request” in the search. Leave the box unchecked to indicate the contrary. You must have selected “View Attached/Reserved Resumes” as the CHR Function. |
Note: The “Resumes Attached to Selected Requests” is not applicable, if you have selected “Resume Allocation” or “General Resume Search” or “View Resumes from Talent Bank” as the CHR Function.
Resumes Reserved to Selected Requests |
Select the check box to include resumes reserved to the selected hire request in the “Search Resumes Attached/Reserved to a Request” in the search. Leave the box unchecked to indicate the contrary. You must have selected “View Attached/Reserved Resumes” as the CHR Function. |
Note: The “Resumes Reserved to Selected Requests” is not applicable, if you have selected “Resume Allocation” or “General Resume Search” or “View Resumes from Talent Bank” as the CHR Function.
All Resumes Rejected by Managers |
Select the check box to include resumes rejected by line managers in the search. Leave the box unchecked to indicate the contrary. You must have selected “General Resume Search” as CHR Function. |
Note: The “All Resumes Rejected by Managers” is not applicable, if you have selected “Resume Allocation” or “View Attached/Reserved Resumes” or “View Resumes from Talent Bank” as the CHR Function.
Resume Date |
The date of the resume. |
Select the “Get Resumes” pushbutton.
If “Resume Allocation” is selected as the CHR function, all resumes posted against the selected “Vacancy Posting No”, in the company Website and, which satisfy the search criteria, are listed.
If “View Attached/Reserved Resumes” is selected as the CHR function, all resumes attached/reserved to the selected “Request No” and, which satisfy the search criteria, are listed.
If “View Resumes from Talent Bank” is selected as the CHR function, all resumes talent banked against the selected department and position and, which satisfy the search criteria are listed.
If “General Resume Search” is selected as the CHR function, all resumes excluding those attached/reserved to the selected request and, which satisfy the search criteria are listed.
The following details of resumes are displayed in the “Resume List” multiline.
Resume ID |
The identification number of the resume. |
Applicant Name |
The full name of the applicant. |
Age |
The age of the applicant in years. |
Exp. In Years |
The length of work experience of the applicant till date in years. |
Highest Qualification |
The highest qualification earned by the applicant till date. |
Source |
The means by which the CHR obtained the resume. For example, staffing agency or website. |
Resume Status |
The current status of the resume. The status can be one of the following:

Attached Posting No. |
The identification number of the vacancy posting against which the resume is posted in the website. |
The system displays the following details in the multiline.
Screening Mode |
From the drop down list box, select the means of screening. |
Screening Remarks |
Any comments on resume screening. |
HR Action |
From the drop down list box, select one of the following actions to be performed on the selected resumes:

Vacancy Unit |
From the drop down list box, select the employment unit in which the vacancy exists and to which the resume is to be allocated, if the HR Action is “Allocated to a Vacancy”. This field is not applicable, if the HR Action is “Talent Banked”. |
Department |
From the drop down list box, select the department to which the resume needs to be allocated, if the HR Action is “Allocated to a Vacancy”. If the HR Action is “Talent Banked”, select the department to which the resume is to be talent banked. |
Position |
From the drop down list box, select the vacant post to which the resume needs to be allocated, if the HR Action is “Allocated to a Vacancy”. If the HR Action is “Talent Banked”, select the position to which the resume is to be talent banked. |
Request No. |
The identification number of the RFH to which the resume is to be attached. |
Remarks |
Any comments on the CHR action. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
Select the “Edit Resume” link to modify resume details.
The “Post Resume” page appears.
Select the “Interview Evaluation Form” link to record interview results.
The ‘Interview Evaluation Form” page appears.
