The system displays the “View State” page.

HR Set Up Unit

The organization unit in which the HR General Information component is deployed .

Country

The country to which the state belongs

State Code

The unique code to identify the State.

State

The unique description of the state code. 

Local Type 1

The first level administrative units into which the state is divided, such as, “County” or “District”.

Local Type 2

The type of sub-administrative unit into which the County or District you selected in Local Type 1 is divided,such as, “City” or “Town”.

Local Type 3

The type of sub-administrative unit into which the City or Town you selected in Local Type 2 is divided, such as,  “School” or “District”.

Status

The active or inactive status of the state details. “Yes” indicates that the state is inactive and  “No” indicates otherwise.

Created By

The name of the person who created the state details

Created Date

The date on which the state details were created

Last Modified By

The name of the person who last modified the state details

Last Modified Date

The date on which the state details were last modified

State

The name of the state for which you want to specify the local type details

Local type

The type of sub-administrative unit into which the state is divided

 

The system displays the following details in the “Local Details” multiline.

Local Code

The name of the state for which you want to specify the local type details

Local

The type of sub-administrative unit into which the state is divided

Status

The active or inactive status of the selected local type.

Created By

The name of the user who created the local type details

Created Date

The date on which the local type details were created

Last Modified By

The name of the user who modified the existing local type details

Last Modified Date

The latest date on which the local type details were modified.
