       Select the “Print Resume” link from the left pane.

The “Search Resume” page appears.

Date Format

The format in which the date is displayed.

       Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Resume ID

The unique ID identifying the resume of the applicant.  You can enter the resume ID in full or specify it partially using the wild card character (*).

Applicant Name

The full name of the applicant.  You can enter the applicant’s name in full or specify it partially using the wild card character (*).

Exp. In Years

The total experience (In years) of the applicant.  You can enter the experience in full or specify it partially using the wild card character (*).

Highest Qualification

Use the drop-down list box to select the highest qualification of the applicant. The system populates the qualification description from GNMAS.

Vacancy Unit

Use the drop-down list box to select the total number of vacancy units.  The system populates the vacancy unit with all the OU descriptions for which the login user has DLS permissions.

Department

Use the drop-down list box to select the name of the department.

Position Title

Use the drop-down list box to select the position title of the applicant.  The system populates the position title descriptions applicable for the available vacancy unit.  The system defaults the value “Blank” on launch of the page.

Resume Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the resume status of the applicant.  The system populates the system defined quick code values for resume status from quick code tables for the business process as “HPRS” and process variable as “RSTA”.  The system defaults the value “Blank” on launch of the page.

Request No.

The unique number identifying the request.  You can enter the request number in full or specify it partially using the wild card character (*).

       Select the “Search” pushbutton to search for the resume details according to the search criterion.

Resume ID

The unique ID identifying the resume of the applicant.

Applicant Name

The full name of the applicant.

Exp. In Years

The total experience (In years) of the applicant.

Highest Qualification

The highest qualification of the applicant.

Resume Status

The resume status of the applicant.

Vacancy Unit

The total number of vacancy units.

Department

The name of the department.

Position Title

The position title of the applicant.

Request No.

The unique number identifying the request.

       Select “Print Resume” link to launch the report.

The system displays the report in the report viewer.
