Referral Bonus Report - A summary of the activity

Through this activity, you can generate reports to view the referral bonus details. You can enter the search criterion such as Employment unit, period from etc., to fetch the report details.  For the given payroll period, the system fetches the employees who have completed service in the organization as on the service days defined in additional master values and having been referred by employees through “Employee  Referral” scheme. For the referred by employees, the bonus amount is fetched from additional masters based on the service put by the referred employees as on the process period.  This amount is fetched and shown as Amount Eligible for the Referred by employees.  Only those referred employees who are current as on the given process period is fetched.
