Using Onlice Help

The “Resume Screening” page appears.

The date format that is applicable to the login user is displayed in the “Date Format” field.

The page displays the following under “Search Resumes”. “Request No.”, “Department” and “Position Title”.

The system displays the following details of requests for hire (RFH).

Number Required

The number of vacant posts as cited in the RFH.

Required by Date

The date on or before which the vacant posts must be filled.

Number Allocated

The number of resumes allocated by the CHR for posting to vacancies.

Number Reserved

The number of resumes locked for exclusive use of the RFH after being found suitable.

Evaluation Successful

The number of applicants chosen for vacancies after succeeding in the interview.

Selection in Progress

The number of applicants who are undergoing the evaluation process.

Selection Authorized

The number of successful applicants, the selection of whom is already authorized.

Joined

The number of selected applicants who have joined the organization.

Applicant Name

The full name of the applicant.

Gender

The gender of the applicant.

Nationality

The nationality of the applicant.

Highest Qualification

The highest academic qualification that the applicant has secured till date.

Resume Date

The date on which the resume was submitted.

Talent Bank Resumes

Select the check box, if the resume is chosen from the talent bank.

The system displays the following details of the resumes that satisfy the specified criteria.

Resume ID

The identification number of the resume.

Applicant Name

The full name of the applicant.

Age

The age of the applicant.

Exp. In Years

The number of years of work experience.

Highest Qualification

The highest academic qualification that the applicant has secured till date.

Resume Status

The status of the resume, which can be one of the following:

  • Applied against Vacancy

  • Talent Banked

  • HR Allocated

  • Reserved

  • Released

  • Rejected by Line Manager

  • Referred to Next Interview

  • Evaluation Successful

Screening Mode

The means of screening. For example, Telephonic Screening, Personal Chat and Resume Screening.

You can select “None” if none of the listed screening modes is applicable.

CHR Remarks

The comments of the Central Human Resources on the resume.

Reserved Till Date

The date on or after which the resume is released and can be attached to any other RFH.

Screening Remarks

The comments of the HOD on screening of the resume.

Action

From the drop down list box, select:

  • Quick Hire

  • Reserved for Next Interview

  • Reserved for Evaluation

  • Rejected
