Recording Interview Evaluation Form
The system displays the following details as specified from the “Posting Resume” page.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Request Number |
The identification number of the request for hire. |
Vacancy Unit |
The employment unit in which the vacancy exists. |
Department |
The department in which the vacancy exists and is being filled. |
Position Title |
The position that is vacant at present and is being filled. |
No. of Posts |
The number of vacant posts. |
Required by Date |
The date on or before which the vacancy must be filled. |
Applicant Name |
The name of the applicant. |
Applicant ID |
The identification code of the applicant allotted by the HR. |
Applicant Status |
The status of the applicant. For example, |
Enter the following details.
Interview Stage |
From the drop down box, select the level of interview. |
Date of Interview |
The date on which the in the interview was conducted. |
Interviewer 1 |
The name of the employee who conducted the interview. Help Available |
Interviewer 2 |
The name of the employee who conducted the interview. Help Available |
Enter the following details in the “Interview Details” multiline.
Criteria |
The aspect/attribute on which the applicant is being judged. |
Comments |
Any remarks on the applicant with regard to the criterion. |
Rating |
The rating scored by the applicant on the attribute. |
Specify the following details under the multiline.
Action |
From the drop down list, select:

If Talent Banked, Department |
The department for which the applicant is suitable for appointment. |
If Talent Banked, Position |
The position to which the applicant is suitable for appointment. |
The system displays the name of the employee who has entered the details of the interview in the “Interview Details entered By” field.
You can any remarks in the “Comments” field.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the evaluation details.
To record detailed Comments
Click the Book icon beside the “Comments” field.
A pop up window opens up.
Enter your comments.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the comments and close the window.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to close the window without saving the comments.
