Posting resume against a vacancy
The “Post Resume” page appears when you select the “Post Resume” link.
The date format that is applicable to the login user is displayed in the “Date Format” field.
The following vacancy details as specified in the "Select Vacancy to Post Resume" page are displayed.
Vacancy Unit |
The employment unit in which the vacancy exists. |
Department |
The department in which the vacancy exists and is to be filled. |
Position |
The position that needs to be filled. |
Request No. |
The identification number of the request for hire against which you want to post resume. |
Enter the following personal information of the applicant.
Title |
From the drop down list box, select the title to address the applicant. |
First Name |
The first name. |
Last Name |
The last name. |
Date of Birth |
The date of birth. |
Gender |
From the drop down list box, select the gender. |
Marital Status |
From the drop down list box, select the country of which the applicant is a citizen. |
Nationality |
From the drop down list box, select the marital status. |
Ethnicity |
From the drop down list box, select the community to which the applicant belongs. |
National Insurance No. |
The national insurance number. |
Enter the following contact details of the applicant.
House Number |
The house number in the address. |
Street Name |
The name of the street in the address. |
City/Town |
The city or town in the address |
County/State |
The county or state in the address |
Country |
The country in the address. |
Post Code |
The postal code of the state and/or country. |
Telephone |
The telephone number at which the applicant can be contacted. |
Mobile |
The mobile number at which the applicant can be contacted. |
Email-ID |
The email address. |
Enter the following work permit details, only if the job applicant is not a European.
Identification Type |
The type of document that the applicant possesses for identification. For example, driver’s license, passport / visa or work permit. |
Document No. |
The unique identification number of the document. |
Date of Issue |
The date on which the document was issued to the applicant. |
Valid Till Date |
The date till which the document is valid. |
Place of Issue |
The place where the document was issued. |
Enter the following details pertaining to academics of the applicant.
Qualification |
The name/title of the educational qualification. For example, BS or MS. |
Specialization |
The subject in which the applicant has majored. |
Institution |
The institution from which the applicant has earned the qualification. |
From Date |
The start date of the course. |
To Date |
The end date of the course. |
Grade Set |
From the drop down list box, select the grade set in which the applicant has secured the qualification. |
Highest Qualification |
The highest qualification that the applicant has earned till date. |
Remarks |
Any comments on the qualification. |
Enter the following details on employee history of the applicant.
Employer |
The name of the previous employer of the applicant. |
Industry Type |
The sector of the industry in which the applicant worked previously. For example, technology, entertainment or hospitality. |
Position |
The position that the employee occupied in his/her previous employment. |
From |
The start date of the previous employment. |
To |
The end date of the previous employment. |
Address |
The address of the previous employer. |
Salary in GBP |
The salary earned by the applicant in the previous employment in British pounds. |
Salary Period |
The period for which the applicant earned the salary. |
Job Responsibilities |
The profile of the previous job. |
Reason (S) for Leaving |
The grounds for exit from the previous employment. |
Enter the following details on references.
Name |
The name of the person, who recommended the applicant. |
Organization |
The name of the organization in which the reference works. |
Position |
The position the reference occupies in the organization. |
Address |
The address at which the reference can be contacted. |
Telephone |
The telephone number at which the reference can be reached. |

The address to which emails pertaining to the applicant can be sent. |
Enter the following details pertaining to language.
Language |
From the drop down list box, select the language in which the applicant is proficient. |
Proficiency |
From the drop down list box, select the level of proficiency that the applicant possesses in the selected language. |
Enter the following details under “Knowledge of IT Systems” head.
Do you have working knowledge of ‘Front of House’ Fidelio system? |
From the drop down list box, select:

Expected Gross Salary (per month in GBP) |

The earliest date on which the applicant, if recruited can join the organization. |

Specify the following details under “Manager Action” group box.
Status |
From the drop down list box, select the status that you want to assign the resume. |
Remarks |
Any comments or justification on the status assigned to the resume. |
Select the “Submit Resume” pushbutton to save the resume details.
The system will display the status of the posted resume in the “Resume Status” field.
Select the “Interview Evaluation Form” link to record interview results.
Select the “Applicant Selection” page to record the employment details of applicants who are appointed to the organization.
