Help On Profile Resume ID

This help page allows you to search and select a RFH number and transfer the details to the field where it is required. The system retrieves the values based on the details entered. The selected RFH number details will be transferred to the required page when you click the “OK” pushbutton.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Profile Resume ID” field.

The “Help On Profile Resume ID” page appears.

Enter the following field details in the “Help on Profile Resume ID” group box:

Profile Resume ID	The unique number that identifies the resume profile.
Resume Classification	Select an option from the drop-down list box that indicates the classification of resume. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Maintain Quick Codes” activity.
Profile Channel	Select the profile channel from the drop-down list box. The combo is loaded with the values “Direct Entry” and “External Applicant Portal”.
RFH No	The unique number that identifies the RFH.
Position Code	The position code of the applicant.
Position Title	The position title of the applicant.
Sourcing Basis	Select the “Sourcing Basis” from the drop-down list box to specify sourcing basis of RFH. The combo is loaded with the values “External”, “Internal” and “External & Internal”.
Sourcing Channel	Select the sourcing channel from the drop-down list box. The combo is loaded with the external recruitment channel values if the sourcing basis is selected as “External”. The combo is loaded with the internal recruitment channel values if the sourcing basis is selected as “Internal”. The combo is loaded with the external and internal recruitment channel values if the sourcing basis is selected as “External & Internal”.
Resume Source	The source of resume.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline.

The system displays the following in the “Applicant Profile Details” multiline:

First Name	The first name of the applicant.
Last Name	The last name of the applicant.
Gender	The gender of the applicant.
Date of Birth	The date of birth of the applicant.
Profile Resume ID	The unique number that identifies the resume profile.
Resume Source	The source of resume.
Resume Classification	The classification of resume
RFH No	The unique number that identifies the RFH.
Position Code	The position code of the applicant.
Position Title	The position title of the applicant.
Profile Channel	Indicates the channel of profile.
Sourcing Basis	Indicates the sourcing basis of RFH.
Sourcing Channel	The sourcing channel based on sourcing basis.
Contact No 1	The contact number of the applicant.
City	The city to which the applicant belongs.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the profile resume ID.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
