Use the search facility to fetch the required hire requests in the multiline.
Select the hyperlink on the request number of the required hire request in the multiline.
The system displays the “Decide Stages and Exercises” page.
The system displays the following details of the hire request at the top of the page.

Request For Hiring Unit |
The description of the organization unit in which the “Request For Hiring” component is deployed. Tell me more |

Position Title |
The title of the position for which the hire request has been submitted. |

Department |
The department to which the position belongs. |

Job Title |
The job for which the hire request has been made. |
Select from the “Standard Evaluation Setup” drop-down list box, the standard evaluation setup whose details you want to apply by default to the evaluation setup being defined.
Select the “Default Standard Setup” pushbutton beside.
The system applies the details by default to the evaluation setup being defined.
Specify the following details in the corresponding multiline in the page.

Stage Sequence |
The sequence in which the different stages have to be conducted to evaluate the potential of the applicant. |

Stage |
The stage pertaining to the evaluation process. From the drop-down list box, select the required stage. |

Stage Wt. |
The weightage of the corresponding stage with respect to the other stages in the evaluation process. |

Stage Wt(%) |
The weightage in percentage of the corresponding stage. When you specify the weightage and select the “Save” pushbutton, the system computes and displays the weightage in percentage in this column. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
Select the required stage from the “Stage” drop-down list box.
Use the multiline below the drop-down list box to specify the details of the exercises that should constitute the selected stage.

Exercise Name |
The name of the exercise. |

Exercise Short Description |
The short description of the exercise. The system displays the short description when you specify the exercise name and select the “Save” pushbutton below the multiline. |

Exercise Wt |
The weightage assigned to the exercise with respect to the other exercises constituting the selected stage. |

Exercise Wt(%) |
The weightage in percentage. The system computes the percentage and displays the value when you specify the weightage and select the “’Save” pushbutton below the multiline. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
Select the “Decide Competencies” hyperlink to specify the competencies applicable to the selected stage.
Select the “Schedule Exercise” hyperlink to specify the venue, date and time at which the selected stage should be conducted.
