4 Ensure that you are in the “Select Requisition for Evaluation Setup” page.
To select through search criteria
4 Use the search facility to fetch the required hire requests in the multiline.
4 Select the hyperlink on the request number of the required hire request in the multiline.
4 The system displays the “Decide Evaluation Setup” page.
4 The system displays the following details of the hire request at the top of the page.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details |
Request No. |
The number of the selected hire request. |
Request For Hiring Unit |
The description of the organization unit in which the “Request For Hiring” component is deployed Tell me more |
Position Title |
The title of the position for which the hire request has been submitted. |
Department |
The department to which the position belongs. |
Job Title |
The job for which the hire request has been made. |
4 Use the corresponding columns in the multiline to define an evaluation setup for the selected hire request.
Exercise Sequence |
The sequence in which the exercises have to be conducted to evaluate the potential of the applicant. |
Exercise Name |
The name of the exercise the applicant should undergo. You can access the help page on the exercise to specify the name of the exercise. |
Exercise Short Description |
The short description of the specified exercise. The system displays the short description when you specify the exercise name and select the “Save” pushbutton below the multiline. |
Exercise Wt. |
The weightage you want to assign to the exercise. |
Exercise Wt. (%) |
The weightage in percentage. When you specify the weightage of each exercise and select the “Save” pushbutton below the multiline, the system computes and displays the weightage in percentage in this column. |
Start Date |
The date from which the evaluation setup being defined should take effect. |
To Date |
The date till which the evaluation setup should be in effect. |
Venue |
The venue at which the exercise should be held. |
Assessor Type |
The type of the assessor, either, internal or external. Internal indicates the exercises will be assessed internally, external indicates the exercises will be assessed externally. |
Panel/Assessor Code |
The unique code of the panel or individual assessor who should assess applicant performance in the corresponding exercise. You can access the help page on assessor to specify the code of the panel or assessor. |
Panel/Assessor Name |
The name of the panel or assessor corresponding to the specified assessor code. The system displays the value based on the specified assessor code. |
4 Select the “Save Evaluation Setup” pushbutton to save the details.
To assign applicants to individual exercises
4 Select the exercise for which you want to assign applicants, from the “Exercise” drop-down list box.
4 The system displays the applicants available for the selected hire request, in the multiline below.
4 The system displays the following details of the applicants in the corresponding columns of the multiline below.
Applicant Name |
The name of the applicant. The system displays this value bases on the exercise selected in the drop-down list box above the multiline. |
Last Exercise Attended |
The description of the exercise last attended by the applicant. The system displays this value bases on the exercise selected in the drop-down list box above the multiline. |
Date |
The date on which the applicant should take selected exercise. |
From Time |
The time from which the applicant should take the exercise. |
To Time |
The time till which the applicant can take the exercise. |
Assign Applicants |
Select the check box if you want to assign the applicant to the exercise. |
Application ID |
The unique ID of the application of the applicant. |
4 Select the “Assign Applicants to Exercise” pushbutton below the multiline to assign the selected applicant to the specified exercise.
Select the “Exercise Competency Mapping” hyperlink at the bottom of the page, to launch the “Exercise Competency Mapping” page.
4 Use this page to define a simple evaluation setup for the selected hire request.
