Maintaining information of an internal assessor

Select “Maintain Internal Assessor” option from the left pane.
The “Maintain Internal Assessor” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Enter the following fields
Hire Process General Information Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the required hire process general information unit from where the assessor records must be fetched. |
Language |
From the drop-down list box, select any language, to retrieve a record in that language. |
To select through Search Criteria
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the employee code. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
To specify the search criteria, you can enter one or more characters that the employee code contains. Optionally, you can enter the employment unit, employee name, department short description, assignment number, position title and job title in order to narrow your search. Search based on wild card characters is also supported.

From the drop-down list box, select the employment unit to which the assessor belongs. |
Employee Code |
To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. For example ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1 and EC*C1. Help Available. By default, the system maps an employee with primary assignment as assessor. If you want to map an employee with secondary assignment as assessor, then you must select the employee code using the lens icon in the multiline. |
Employee Name |
To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*. |
Position Title |
To search an assessor based on position title containing specific characters, enter one or more characters of the position title. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: Manager*, will search for position titles that start with Manager, such as Manager HR, Manager Finance, etc. |
Department Short Description |
To search an assessor based on department containing specific characters, enter one or more characters of the department description. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: *Resource, will search for department descriptions that end with Resource, such as Human Resource. |
Job Title |
To search an assessor based on job title containing specific characters, enter one or more characters of the position title. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: Executive*, will search for position titles that start with Executive, such as Executive HR, Executive Finance, etc. |
Assignment Number |
To search an assessor based on the assignment enter the number “1” for primary assignment and “2” for secondary assignment. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of assessor records satisfying these search criteria.
The multiline displays the records that satisfy your search criteria.
Note: To perform an effective search, enter maximum number of fields in the search criteria. If no search conditions are specified, then all the records are fetched and displayed.
Employee Code |
The unique code of the employee. Help Available |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee who is chosen as an assessor. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which the assessor belongs. |
Assign. |
The number that indicates whether the assessor’s assignment is primary or secondary. |
Position Title |
The position title of the assessor. |
Department Short Description |
A short description of the department to which the assessor belongs. |
Job Title |
The job title of the assessor. |
Work Location |
The location of the organization. |
Assessor |
Select “Yes”, if the assessor is available for evaluation otherwise select “No”. |
Comments |
You comments pertaining to the internal assessor, if any.
