Viewing the single step applicant evaluation
Select the hyperlinked hire request number from the “Search Results” multiline in the “Select Hire Request to View Applicant Evaluation” page.
The “View Single Step Applicant Evaluation” page appears.
The system displays the following on the top of the page.
Date |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Applicant Evaluation Unit |
The organization unit under which the hire request is selected for applicant evaluation. Tell me more |
Request for Hiring Unit |
The applicant request for the selected hiring unit. |
Request No. |
The serial number of the selected hire request. |
Date of Interview |
The date on which the interview was held. |
Assessor Type 1 |
The type of the first assessor whether “External Assessor”, “Internal Assessor”, or “Panel”. |
Assessor 1 |
The unique code that identifies an assessor. The system displays the name of the assessor beside the field. |
Assessor Type 2 |
The type of the second assessor whether “External Assessor”, “Internal Assessor”, or “Panel”. |
Assessor 2 |
The unique code that identifies an assessor. The system displays the name of the assessor beside the field. |
Assessor Type 3 |
The type of the third assessor whether “External Assessor”, “Internal Assessor”, or “Panel”. |
Assessor 3 |
The unique code that identifies an assessor. The system displays the name of the assessor beside the field. |
To search an applicant using search criteria
In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records. Search based on wild card characters is also supported.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the applicant details for which
The resume status is “Shortlisted” against the specific Hire Request
The evaluation status is “Not Initiated”.
Enter the following search criteria values, in any one or both the following fields.
Applicant Name |
To search for applicants whose names contain specific characters, enter one or more characters of the applicant name. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: Jo*, will search for applicants whose names start with Jo, such as John, Joseph, Jonathan etc. |
Applicant No. |
To search for applicants whose applicant numbers contain specific characters, enter one or more characters of the applicant number. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: *IT001, IT*001, IT001*, or *IT*001*. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the
system will fetch the records that satisfy this value.
If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch
the records satisfying all the specified values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select
the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are
applicable to the selected hire request.
To view applicant evaluation details
The system displays the following details in the “List Of Applicants” multiline that satisfy the search criteria specified.
Applicant Name |
The system displays the name of the applicant. |
Application ID |
The system displays the unique ID that identifies the application. |
Academic Performance |
The applicant’s performance in academics. The values can be “Excellent”, “Good”, “Satisfactory”, or “Below Average”. |
Qualifying Experience |
The applicant’s experience, whether qualifying for the job. The values can be “Excellent”, “Good”, “Satisfactory”, or “Below Average”. |
Communication Skills |
The applicant’s ability to communicate. The values can be “Excellent”, “Good”, “Satisfactory”, or “Below Average”. |
Attitude |
The attitude of the applicant towards the job. The values can be “Excellent”, “Good”, “Satisfactory”, or “Below Average”. |
Personality |
The overall personality of the applicant, whether suitable for the job. The values can be “Excellent”, “Good”, “Satisfactory”, or “Below Average”. |
Status |
The status of the applicant whether “Finally Short-listed”, “On Hold”, “Waitlisted”, or “Not Selected”. |
Remarks |
The assessor’s comments, if any. |
To view the salary fitment for the shortlisted applicant
Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required applicant from the multiline.
Select the “View Applicant Salary Fitment” link at the bottom of the page.
The “View Applicant Salary Fitment” page appears, in which you can view the details of the proposed salary of an applicant.
