Grievance Status – A summary of the activity

The “Grievance Status” report shows the list of employees and the status of grievance logged by the employees. The status of the complaints logged by employees is listed department wise. This report can be generated for a range of dates and selected grievance type.

At the outset, you can specify the report criteria, such as Grievance Number, Grievance type, Grievance status and Current Status to generate the grievance status report.

Additionally, you can enter the display criteria, which includes the date format or employee name format to view the report in a specific format. For example, if by default, date format is set as YYYY/MM/DD, the user can change the display format as DD/MM/YYYY and view the report in the format set by him/her. 

The report gets generated based on the report criteria and display criteria.
