Organization Unit to Work Location Mapping

The “Organization Unit to Work Location Mapping” page appears.

HR General Information Unit

From the drop down list, select the organization unit in which the HR General Information component is deployed.

To select through Search Criteria

Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the work location, OU instance, OU description and effective date. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.

Work Location

From the drop-down list box, select the work location of the organization unit by which you want to retrieve. The system lists all the work locations mapped to the organization unit. The system displays “Blank” by default at the launch of the page.

OU Instance

The instance of the organization unit by which you want to retrieve.

Help facility available.

OU Description

The textual description of the organization unit by which you want to retrieve.

Effective From

The date from which the organization unit is effective.

Effective To

The date until which the organization unit is effective.
