Select the “View User Permissions for Quick Codes” option from the left pane.
The “Select User for Viewing Quick Codes Permissions” page appears
Select the user, either through the “Direct Entry” group box or through the “Search Criteria” group box.
Use this method if you know the complete name of the user.
Enter the name of the user for whom you want to set permissions, in the “User Name” field.
Select the “View User Permissions – Quick Codes” hyperlink beside.
The “View User Permissions – Quick Codes” page appears. All details of the selected record are displayed.
To view user permissions for quick codes, refer to the topic “Viewing User Permissions for Quick Codes”.
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the name of the user. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
To specify the search criteria, you must enter one or more characters that the name of the user contains.
Specify search criteria for the following detail.
User Name |
To view all the user names containing specific characters type in the starting character or characters of these user names followed by the wild card *. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*. |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
Note:
If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the
records that satisfy this value.
If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch
the records satisfying all the specified values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select
the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are
available.
The system displays the following detail in the multiline, for the user records that satisfy the search criteria specified.
User Name |
The name of the user. |
From the multiline, select the hyperlink on the name of the required user.
The “View User Permissions – Quick Codes” page appears.
Use this page to select the required quick codes record to view.
