Select “View Union” from the left pane.
The “Select Union” page appears.
The system displays the following details at the top right of the page.

Language |
The system displays the language in which the login user logged in. In other words, this refers to the language you selected in the login screen, to access this activity. |

From the drop-down list box, select the language in which you require to view the record |
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the qualification code or nothing at all. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
To specify the search criteria, you must enter one or more characters that the qualification code or description contain. Optionally, you can enter the “Qualification Level”, “Specialization” and “Qualification Type” fields, to narrow your search. Search based on wild card characters is also supported. In case you do not know anything, just click on search without entering any fields. The entire set of records will be fetched
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.
Union Code |
To view the union codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the qualification codes followed by the wild card *. |
Union Name |
To view the Union name containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the qualification codes followed by the wild card *. |
Membership Name |
To view the membership name containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the qualification codes followed by the wild card *. |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
Note:
If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the
records that satisfy this value.
If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch
the records satisfying all the specified values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select
the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are
applicable to the selected HR General Information Unit.
The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the qualification records that satisfy the search criteria specified.
Union Code |
A unique code to identify the Union. |
Union Name |
To view the Union name containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the qualification codes followed by the wild card *. |
Membership Name |
The name of the membership in the union. |
Inactive |
The active or inactive status of the union. You can activate or deactivate the union, whenever necessary. If the union is in active status, it indicates that it is available for use in other activities. |

To activate: Leave the check box blank. |

To deactivate: Select the check box. |
Select the hyperlink on the required Union name in the multiline.
The system displays the “View Union” page, which you can use to viewthe details of the selected union information.
Use this page to select the union record which you want to view.
