Getting help on Certificate

Ensure that you have selected the "Help" icon beside the Certificate field.
The "Help on Certificate" page appears.
To specify the search criteria
Specify any or all the following fields.

Certificate # |
Enter the certificate number for which the details must be viewed |
|
Certification Title |
To view all the certification titles containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of the certification title |
|
|
Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: QN1*, Q*12, QN*1. |

Certified Skill |
The description of the skill. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards |
|
Certification Category |
The category to which the certificate belongs. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards |
Select the "Search" pushbutton.

Certificate # |
The unique number pertaining to the certificate. |
|
Certificate Title |
The title of the certificate |
|
Certified Skill |
The skill for which the certificate pertains. |
|
Applicable Resource Group |
The applicable resource group of the certificate. |
|
ATA # |
The ATA number. |
|
Certification Category |
The category to which the certificate belongs. |
|
Certificate Class |
The class to which the certificate pertains |
|
Validity Period |
The period till which the certificate is valid |
|
Time Unit |
The time unit pertaining to the validity period. It can be days, months, year etc. |
|
Certifying Agency |
The name of the agency that issues the certificate |
|
Certification Requirements |
The basic requirements to get the certificate. |
|
Supportive Requirements |
The supportive requirements to get the certificate |
|
Currency Period |
The period at which the currency checks for the certificate will be conducted. |
|
Time Unit |
The time unit |
|
Currency Requirements |
The corresponding currency requirements. |
|
Recertification Period |
The recertification period of the certificate |
|
Time Unit |
The time unit |
|
Re-certification Requirements |
The basic requirements to get the recertification |
|
References |
The name of the references pertaining to the certificate definition. |
Select the certificate by checking in the "Select" column of the record.
Select the "Ok" pushbutton.
