Getting Help on Additional Master
Ensure that you are in the “Help on Additional Master” page.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Master ID |
The unique code that identifies the master record. |
To select through search criteria
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.
Applicable Org. Unit |
From the drop down list, select the organization unit in which the master is valid. Select “All” to indicate you the master is applicable in all the organization for which you have privileges. |
Key 1 |
The first key field of the master. |
Key 2 |
The second key field of the master. |
Code |
The unique code identifying the master. |
Description |
The short description of the master. |
Long Description |
The long description of the master. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details that satisfy the search criteria specified, in the search results multiline.
Code |
The unique code identifying the master. |
Description |
The short description of the master. |
Long Description |
The long description of the master. |
Parameter 1 |
The first parameter that stores the attribute information. |
Parameter 2 |
The second parameter that stores the attribute information. |
Parameter 3 |
The third parameter that stores the attribute information. |
Parameter 4 |
The fourth parameter that stores the attribute information. |
Comments |
Any remarks on master details. |
Inactive |
The system displays any one of the following options. § “Yes” indicates the “Key 2” data is available for processing. § “No” indicates that the “Key 2” is not available for processing. |
Click OK button.
