Creating a state

The organization unit in which the HR General Information component is deployed . Tell me more

Country

The country to which the state being defined and created belongs. From the drop-down list box, select the required country name.

State Code

A unique code to identify the state.

State Description

A unique description of the state code. 

Inactive

The active or inactive status of the state details. You can activate or deactivate the state details, whenever necessary. If the state is in active status, it indicates that it is available for use in other activities.

 

  • To activate: Leave the check box blank.

 

  • To deactivate: Select  the check box.

Local Type 1

The type of sub-administrative unit into which the state is divided. The system lists the following options in the drop-down list box: “County”, “District”. Select the required option.

Local Type 2

The type of sub-administrative unit into which the state is divided. The system lists the following options in the drop-down list box: “City”, “Town”. Select the required option.

Local Type 3

The type of sub-administrative unit into which the state is divided. The system lists the following options in the drop-down list box: “School”, “District”. Select the required option.
