Viewing certificate effectivity information

Select “View Certificate Effectivity” from the “View Certificate Details” page.
The “View Certificate Details” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. |
You can view the following details in the “Certification details” group box.

HR Set Up Unit |
The setup unit in which the HR setup component is deployed. |
|
Certificate # |
The unique number pertaining to the certificate. |
|
Certificate Title |
The title of the certificate |
|
Certificate Skill |
The skill for which the certificate pertains. |
|
Applicable Resource group |
The applicable resource group of the certificate. |
|
ATA # |
The ATA chapter for which the certificate is applicable |
|
Certification Category |
The category to which the certificate belongs. |
|
Certificate Class |
The class to which the certificate pertains |
|
Validity Period |
The period till which the certificate is valid |
|
Certified Date |
The date of certification |
|
Certified By |
The name of the person who has approved the certification |
|
Recertification Period |
The period of recertification. |
|
Valid From |
The period from which the recertification is valid |
|
Valid Till |
The period till which the recertification is valid |
|
Certifying Agency |
The name of the agency that issues the certification |
|
Certifying Status |
The status of the certification |

Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining to the above details |

Revoke / Suspension Date |
The date on which the certification is revoked or suspended |
