Authorizing subordinates assessed competencies
Select the required employee code hyperlink to authorize the changes in the assessed competencies.
The “Authorize Subordinates Assessed Competencies ” page appears.
The system displays the following from the previous page.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Employee |
The name and code of the subordinate/employee selected in the previous page. |
Department |
The department name of the employee for which the competencies are mapped. |
Job Title |
The title of the job to which the competencies are mapped. |
Position Title |
The title of the position to which the competencies are mapped. |
Maximum Level |
The maximum competency level set in the process parameters for competencies |
Effective From |
The date from which the corresponding version of the record was in effect |
Employee Type |
The type of the employee’s job. The employee type indicates if the selected employee is a regular employee or has been hired on contract for a limited period or is a consultant etc. |
Request Status |
The request status is displayed as any one of the following:

Supervisor Remarks |
The remarks entered by the supervisor. |
The system displays the following in the multiline.
Competency Code |
The unique code of the competency. |
Competency Description |
The description of the competency. |
Minimum Desired Level |
A value to indicate the level to which the employee should be proficient in the competency against a maximum value set in the process parameters. |
Possessed Level |
The level to which the employee is proficient in the competency. Possessed level reflects actual competency level of the employee as per HR records. |
Assessed Level |
The level specified by the assessor against the competencies possessed by the employee. |
Valid From |
The date from which the competency information will be in effect. |
Valid Till |
The date till which the competency information will be in effect. |
Record Status |
The record status is displayed as any one of the following:

Select the “Authorize” pushbutton to authorize the request for the changes in Subordinates Assessed C information.
Select the “Reject” pushbutton to reject the authorization of the request for the changes in Subordinates Assessed C information.
To enter subordinates assessment information
Select the checkbox corresponding to a record in the multiline of "Authorize Subordinates’ Assessed Competencies” page.
Select “Subordinates’ assessment information” link.
The “Subordinates’ assessment information” page appears.
To view subordinates’ assessed competency information
Select “View Subordinates’ Assessed Competency Information” link in the “Authorize Subordinates’ Assessed Competencies” page.
