Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Employee |
The name and unique code of the employee. The system displays the value selected in the “Select Employee” page. |
Request Status |
The request status is displayed as any one of the following:

Employee Remarks |
The remarks entered by the employee.

The system displays the language proficiency details in the “Language Proficiency Details” multiline.
Edit the following, if required.
Language |
The language in which the employee is proficient to read, write, speak etc. From the drop-down list box, select the required language. |
Proficiency |
The proficiency details for the corresponding language. You can specify whether the employee can read, write and speak or if the proficiency type is read and write or speak only etc. From the drop-down list box, select the required value. |
Can Conduct Business |
Specify if the employee is proficient in the language to conduct business or otherwise. Select “Yes” or “No” from the drop-down list box. “Yes” indicates the employee can conduct business in the corresponding language, “No” indicates otherwise. |
Mother Tongue |
Specify if the corresponding language is the employee’s mother tongue or otherwise. Select “Yes” or “No” from the drop-down list box. “Yes” indicates that the corresponding language is the mother tongue, “No” indicates otherwise. |
Enter the Authorizer Remarks below the multiline.
Select the “Authorize” pushbutton to authorize the changes in language proficiency information, OR
Select the "Reject" pushbutton to reject the changes in language proficiency information.
