Date Format

The date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me more

Employee

The name and unique code of the employee. The system displays the value selected in the previous  page.

Competency Code

The unique code of the competency.

Maximum Level

The maximum competency level set in the process parameters for competencies.

The system displays the following in the multiline..

Competency Class

The description of the competency class. Example ”Behavioural Traits”.

Competency Class Weightage(%)

The weightage in percentage for the competency.

Competency  Description

The description of the competency element.

Minimum Desired Level

A value to indicate the level to which the employee should be proficient in the competency against a maximum value set in the process parameters.

Competency Element Weightage (%)

The weightage of the competency element in percentage.

Possessed Level

The level to which the employee is proficient in the competency. Possessed level reflects actual competency level of the employee as per HR records.

Valid From

The date from which the competency information will be in effect.

Valid Till

The date until which the competency information will be in effect.
