Employment Unit

The description of the organization unit in which the employment unit component is deployed.

Date Format

The date format that is applicable to the login user.

Employee Code

The unique code of the employee.

Position

The description of the position held by the employee.

Process

The process to which the employee is attached, for example, finance, marketing etc.

Job

The description of the job held by the employee.

Employee Type

The employee type indicates if the employee is working on contract basis, is a consultant or a regular employee etc.

Date of Observation

The date on which the observation has been made about the employee.

Observation Type

The observation type indicates if the observations about the employee pertain to a critical incident that may have occurred, his/her appraisal report etc. The observation type values are user defined through quick codes. From the drop-down list box, select the required value.

Observation

The observations you want to record about the employee.

Observer Code

The unique employee code of the employee who recorded his/her observations on the selected employee.

 

Help available

Observer Name

The name of the employee who recorded the observations.
