Viewing employee observations
Select the required employee record from the ‘Select Employee’ page and click on the appropriate link.
The ‘View Employee Observations’ page appears.
The system displays the following details at the top of the page.
Employment Unit |
The description of the organization unit in which the employment unit component is deployed. |
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Employee Code |
The unique code of the employee. |
Position |
The description of the position held by the employee. |
Process |
The process to which the employee is attached, for example, finance, marketing etc. |
Job |
The description of the job held by the employee. |
Employee Type |
The employee type indicates if the employee is working on contract basis, is a consultant or a regular employee etc. |
Specify the following details in the ‘Employee Observations’ multiline.
Date of Observation |
The date on which the observation has been made about the employee. |
Observation Type |
The observation type indicates if the observations about the employee pertain to a critical incident that may have occurred, his/her appraisal report etc. The observation type values are user defined through quick codes. From the drop-down list box, select the required value. |
Observation |
The observations you want to record about the employee. |
Observer Code |
The unique employee code of the employee who recorded his/her observations on the selected employee. |

The name of the employee who recorded the observations. |
